Description
A collection of six hand-painted glazed ceramic pieces, comprising two pitchers, one large serving bowl, two smaller square dishes, and one small round bowl. The color palette across the set primarily features blues, yellows, greens, and whites, with diverse decorative styles. Three items—a pale yellow and blue pitcher and two square dishes—feature stylized “Bird of Paradise” floral motifs, with their undersides marked “HAND PAINTED Matias MADE IN PORTUGAL.” The largest bowl is decorated with abstract blue and white floral elements. A smaller, deep blue round bowl displays intricate geometric and floral patterns in multiple colors. A second pitcher, characterized by its vibrant blue, yellow, and green floral and geometric decoration, is marked with Korean characters “아1동” (A-il-dong) and the number “37.” on its base.
