Description
This lot comprises three Neoclassical style custom fabric window dressing sets. Each set features heavy fabric drapes, possibly silk or damask, in a light tone, with elaborate swags, tassels, and tie-backs. The pelmets are custom-made and padded, adorned with decorative trim. These window dressings are designed to complement a lavishly appointed room interior, characterized by Neoclassical or Revivalist architectural elements such as ornate white painted plasterwork, fluted pilasters, and elaborate cornices. The drapes are presented with traditional cast-iron radiators positioned beneath the windows.
