Description
An Elizabeth Blackadder (b. 1931) print titled ‘Orchids, Paphiopedilum and Cymbidium’, dated 1993. The artwork depicts a naturalistic arrangement of various orchid species, including clusters of yellow and pink orchids, alongside individual mottled varieties, all with long green leaves against a pale ground. It is signed ‘Elizabeth Blackadder’ and dated ‘1993’ in the lower right corner. The print is presented under glass, within a broad white mat, and set in a gold-toned wooden frame.
Condition report:
The print appears to be in good condition, with no visible tears, creases, or significant discoloration. The matting is clean. The frame shows minor wear consistent with age and handling.
