Description
A rectangular console or side table, designed in the Regency style, featuring a highly figured burr wood top, likely walnut or elm. The frieze is fitted with two drawers, each adorned with a simple brass ring pull on a circular backplate. The table stands on two trestle-form supports with splayed feet, joined by a central stretcher. A white tag on the lower left leg reads “PRE-SALE CHECKED” and “LOT 395”.
Condition report:
Good antique condition. The polished finish shows minor age-appropriate wear, surface scratches, and some localized veneer imperfections, particularly to the top. Brassware appears original.
