Description
A collection of six framed items, comprising five historical documents and one sepia-toned or black-and-white photograph, all housed in matching gold-colored frames with glass fronts. The documents are primarily typewritten and handwritten correspondence and official papers, dating from the early to mid-20th century, with visible dates including 1930 and 1937. One document, positioned top-left, features Arabic script at the header, which translates to: “His Excellency the Minister of Finance,” “The Hashemite Royal Court,” and “The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.” Other documents include letterheads for “JAMES MACDONALD” and “ENQUIRY OFFICE. A.W. GAMAGE LTD.” One document, printed on green paper, contains “LOCAL RULES” and columns of numbers. The framed photograph depicts a large group of people gathered on an open field, possibly for an event.
