Description
This two-piece die-cast model set features vehicles themed after characters from The Beano comic. The collection includes a Morris J Van finished in a yellow and light blue livery, decorated with side graphics of Biffo the Bear and the text The Beano EVERY THURSDAY. Accompanying it is a Morris 1000 Van in dark and light blue, featuring Beryl the Peril graphics and identical comic branding. The set is housed in its original red presentation box with a pictorial comic-style sleeve showing Biffo and Beryl. Included is a paper certificate of authenticity featuring a blue oval with the word CORGI and identifying the set as No 1224 of only 8,000 produced, marked with the reference 81357. The box lid is printed with the branding CORGI COMIC CLASSICS and the names of both characters and vehicles. The models are constructed from die-cast metal with plastic components.
