Description
A set of Johnson Bros ceramic dinner and tea wares, comprising at least five dinner plates and eight teacups with accompanying saucers. The white ceramic pieces are adorned with a repeating decorative motif featuring multiple flying game birds, possibly pheasants or ducks, rendered in muted earthy tones above stylized minimalist landscape elements. Each item is finished with a metallic rim, appearing to be silver or platinum. A backstamp observed on a saucer clearly displays a green crown logo above “JOHNSON BROS” and “MADE IN ENGLAND, ” with additional markings ‘X’ and ‘1’.
