Lot 661:
An Assortment of Decorative Glass and Metal Candle Holders with a Coaster Set
Description
This assortment includes a collection of household accessories and decorative items. The lot features a coaster set housed in a circular composite holder with a distressed cream-coloured finish. The side of the holder is decorated with black scrollwork, and the top coaster displays a printed motif of a lizard or gecko in a style featuring white dots on a dark body, enclosed within a spiral and dot border. Also included is a clear faceted glass tea light holder shaped as a lotus blossom with layered petals and a central well. The base of the lotus holder has a dichroic-style coating that produces green and yellow internal reflections. The collection further contains a modernist candle holder consisting of a heavy cast metal outer ring with four rounded pillars securing a thick-walled clear glass cup. Completing the group is a small clear glass vessel featuring vertical ribbing and a scalloped rim. No maker’s marks, signatures, or factory stamps are visible on any of the items.
