Description
This lot comprises a pair of French Louis XVI Revival style armchairs and a Rococo Revival style side table, dating from the late 19th to early 20th century. The armchairs are constructed from dark-stained wood, likely mahogany or walnut, featuring curved backs, shaped arms, and tapering legs adorned with carved fluting and decorative blocks. They are upholstered in a cream or pale gold floral patterned damask fabric. The accompanying side table, also in dark-stained wood, exhibits a scalloped top, cabriole legs with carved acanthus leaf details, and a lower shaped stretcher shelf. A black rectangular mat rests on its top.
