Description
A serpentine-front writing desk crafted from dark wood, likely mahogany, featuring a heavily worn, tooled surface, possibly leather. The desk is fitted with five drawers displaying a diamond parquetry pattern and recessed brass pull handles, supported by tapering legs on casters. Accompanied by a Late Victorian or Edwardian style side chair, also in dark wood, with a carved heart-shaped backrest, a central scrolled motif, turned front legs, and a striped upholstered seat in brown, gold, and cream.
