Description
A George III style Rococo tallboy, crafted from richly figured veneered mahogany or similar tropical hardwood. The piece features a serpentine front with seven graduated drawers, fitted with ornate brass rococo-style drawer pulls and escutcheons. It stands on cabriole legs, terminating in pad feet, below a carved and scrolled apron adorned with shell and foliate motifs.
