Description
A Victorian dressing table, chair, and mirror set, crafted from dark-toned wood, likely mahogany. The dressing table features a serpentine- or kidney-shaped top with a central bowed drawer flanked by two stacked drawers on each side, totaling five drawers, all fitted with brass-colored bail handles. It stands on four tapered square legs. The accompanying side chair is of matching dark wood, exhibiting a shield-back design with reeded splats and a carved wheatsheaf motif at the crest rail. It is supported by cabriole legs terminating in claw-and-ball feet and has a cream-colored upholstered seat. The separate swivel-top mirror, with a shaped top, is also of matching dark wood. No discernible text or markings are visible on any of the pieces.
The desk measures approximately 155cm wide, 60cm deep, and 150cm high (including mirror).
