Description
A Duncan Phyfe style drop-leaf gateleg table and four associated dining chairs, constructed from a dark polished wood, likely mahogany. The table features a rectangular top with rounded corners, supported by turned legs. The chairs exhibit neoclassical design influences, featuring shaped crest rails and varied central back splat designs, some simple curved and others more elaborately shaped. They stand on tapering legs, and the seats are upholstered in a neutral-toned woven fabric. No visible text or maker’s marks are apparent.
