Description
A traditional lantern-style ceiling light fixture, suspended by a chain from a ceiling mount. The piece features a rectangular, open-cage form with clear glass panels set within a brass or bronze-toned metal frame, embellished with decorative scrollwork and acanthus leaf motifs. A central finial of darker, possibly patinated metal or cast iron, is visible at the bottom, from which three exposed light bulbs protrude upwards. The light bulbs present are modern, marked „Dimmable“ and „PHILIPS.“
Condition report:
Good operational condition. Visible dust and cobwebs, indicating a need for cleaning. The metal exhibits an aged patina commensurate with age. No obvious structural damage or missing components are evident.
