Description
An English Queen Anne Style burr walnut serpentine writing desk or dressing table. The piece features a central shallow drawer flanked by two deeper drawers, all adorned with brass drop handles and decorative escutcheons. It is constructed from wood, prominently displaying a burr walnut veneer pattern on the drawer fronts and top surface, which is protected by a fitted glass overlay. The desk stands on four cabriole legs terminating in pad or bracket feet.
