Description
A late 18th century engraving, after J. Laporte, titled ‚A View of Blenheim Palace‘. This horizontally oriented landscape depicts an expansive parkland scene featuring multiple figures, diverse trees, and a body of water under a light sky. The artwork is presented within an ornate, gilded wooden frame and protected by glass. A partially legible label in the lower right corner of the artwork provides the title ‚A VIEW OF BLENHEIM PALACE‘ and attributes the original drawing to ‚J. LAPORTE DEL.‘, consistent with late 18th-century publication details.
