Description
A Royal Doulton ‚Cambridge‘ pattern TC1017 oval open vegetable bowl, featuring a Chinoiserie-style blue and white decoration of birds and flora on its white interior, contrasted by a plain yellow exterior, all finished with a glossy glaze. Together with an oblong, scalloped ceramic planter or cachepot with two small side handles. Its exterior is adorned with polychrome botanical and entomological motifs, including flowers, birds, and insects, on a cream ground, also with a glazed finish. The planter is currently filled with decorative stones.
Condition report:
Both items appear to be in good overall condition with no obvious chips, cracks, or repairs. Minor surface wear consistent with age and use may be present.
