Description
A group of five Matchbox Models of Yesteryear die-cast commercial vehicles, constructed from die-cast metal and plastic, representing vintage styles from the early 20th century. The lot includes three models presented in their original cardboard and plastic window boxes, alongside two additional unboxed models. The boxed vehicles comprise a red Y-23 1922 AEC Omnibus with „Kellogg’s Rice Krispies“ and „GENERAL“ livery; a white and blue Y-12 1912 Model ‚T‘ Ford van with „Pepsi-Cola“ branding; and a cream and green 1927 Talbot van marked „CHIVERS & SONS LTD Jams, Jellies & Marmalades.“ The two unboxed models are blue delivery vans, both featuring „Kellogg’s Rice Krispies“ branding, one of which appears to be a Y-23 1922 AEC model. Visible markings on the packaging include „Matchbox, “ „Models of Yesteryear, “ specific model numbers, years, and age recommendations such as „For Ages 8 And Over.“
