Description
A Hornby Railways Zero 1 R950 Master Control Unit, comprising the main console, original cardboard packaging with internal polystyrene inserts, and a printed instruction booklet. The console unit is constructed with a silver-toned metal and black plastic chassis, featuring a slider-operated speed regulator, a numerical keypad, and a numbered display strip from 1 to 16. The face of the unit is printed with the text ZERO 1 MASTER CONTROL UNIT and HORNBY RAILWAYS. The system is equipped with a fixed black power cord terminating in a white UK three-pin plug. The accompanying third-edition instruction booklet is titled ZERO 1 LOCOMOTIVE MODULE FITTING INSTRUCTIONS and bears the Hornby Railways name. The original cardboard box is printed with the model designation R950, a DESIGN CENTRE LONDON logo, and promotional text stating the system allows for the operation of up to 16 locomotives and 100 points.
