The cards are identified by their distinctive blue borders with multi-coloured horizontal striping at the top and bottom edges. The grouping features several key subsets and star players from the era. Notable Rated Rookie cards include multiple examples of Sammy Sosa (number 412), as well as Moises Alou (number 419), Tino Martinez (number 415), Ray Lankford (number 414), Derek Bell (number 417), Leo Gomez (number 422), and Darrin Fletcher (number 413). The collection also contains Diamond Kings artistic portrait cards including Barry Bonds (number 11), Roberto Alomar (number 16), Rafael Palmeiro (number 14), Sandy Alomar (number 15), and Matt Williams (number 13). All-Star subset cards are present for players such as Ken Griffey Jr. (number 392), Mark McGwire (number 389), and Bob Welch (number 393).
