Description
A vintage Praktica Super TL 35mm single lens reflex (SLR) film camera, manufactured by Pentacon in East Germany. The camera features a robust metal body with a black textured leatherette covering and a characteristic front-mounted, angled shutter release button. The prism is clearly marked PRAKTICA and the front plate is marked SUPER TL. It is fitted with an interchangeable telephoto prime lens. The lens rim is inscribed AUTO TELEPHOTO 1:3.5 f=135mm, followed by a serial number beginning with 76. The lens barrel features a manual aperture ring with markings from f/3.5 to f/22 and a dual-unit distance scale in feet and metres. The lot includes a black semi-hard ever-ready style protective carrying case with a shoulder strap and an additional wide blue denim-patterned fabric neck strap attached to the camera body.
