Description
A Star Wars Episode I Trade Federation Droid Starfighter action vehicle set, manufactured by Hasbro circa 1999. This set comprises three individual plastic Droid Starfighters designed for simultaneous display and play. The squadron is led by a Squadron Leader which features a mechanical conversion function, allowing it to transform from its flight configuration into a walking droid starfighter mode. It is accompanied by two Wing Droids which incorporate a spring-loaded blow-away damage feature and include a firing laser missile. The ships are designed to be held together in flight formation by an integrated central handgrip. The set is housed in its original international retail box with multi-language text including English, Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch, and German. The packaging displays various identifiers including the Hasbro logo, NO. 84171, and production codes 84025 ASST. and 84171.186. The barcode reads 5023117477775 and the product is marked as Made in China. A red and white Hasbro 20 promotional point token is visible on the side panel.
