Description
A 1:43 scale model of the Lotus Esprit Turbo, produced for the James Bond Car Collection partwork series by GE Fabbri/Eaglemoss and attributed to Universal Hobbies/Ixo. The model is constructed from die-cast metal with plastic components and represents the vehicle from the 1981 film For Your Eyes Only. It is finished in a copper-orange colour scheme and includes roof-mounted skis, reflecting the car’s appearance in the Cortina d’Ampezzo film sequences. The model is mounted on a diorama base with a snowy mountain landscape background and is housed in a clear acrylic display case. It remains in its original, unopened blister packaging. The base of the case is inscribed with the text LOTUS ESPRIT TURBO FOR YOUR EYES ONLY. The cardboard backing features multilingual collector information, including the text Scale model for adult collectors and Made in China.
