Description
A vintage 1987 wall calendar featuring the Irish rock band U2. The front cover displays a group portrait of the band members, Bono, The Edge, Adam Clayton, and Larry Mullen Jr., captured by photographer Anton Corbijn. The item is wire-bound at the top for wall hanging.
Printed text on the cover includes: Designed by Steve Averill for The Creative Department Limited Dublin; Printed by Danilo Printing Limited, London N1, England; Published by Danilo Promotions Limited, Marten House, East Road, London N1, England, in association with Great Northern Publishing, Seattle. The calendar displays the ISBN 0-914229-34-6 and a barcode with the number 0 89923 00023 6. The logo U2 CALENDAR and the year 1 9 8 7 are also present, alongside a numbered date scale along the left edge.
