Description
An official wall calendar for the year 1987 featuring the Irish rock band U2. The front and back covers display photography by Anton Corbijn, depicting band members Bono, The Edge, Adam Clayton, and Larry Mullen Jr. The calendar was designed by Steve Averill for The Creative Department Limited, Dublin. It was printed by Danilo Printing Limited and published by Danilo Promotions Limited, London, in association with Great Northern Publishing, Seattle.
The back cover includes a stylized U2 CALENDAR logo and the year 1987 printed vertically. Full publication credits and a barcode are present. The calendar is constructed from heavy paper stock and features a wire-o spiral binding at the top edge for hanging. A numerical scale from 1 to 31 is printed along the left-hand margin of the back cover.
The publication carries ISBN 0-914229-34-6 and barcode 0 89923 00023 6.
