Description
A Ladin people flag. This rectangular textile flag or banner features three horizontal stripes: blue at the top, a discolored off-white or cream in the middle, and green at the bottom. A robust white fabric band is sewn along the hoist edge, bearing faint, illegible handwritten markings or numbers, with a small, similarly marked tag attached at its far end. Constructed from what appears to be a natural fiber textile.
