A Set of Husky Models No. 1561 Triangular Die-Cast Traffic Signs in Original Blister Pack
Description
A set of miniature toy traffic signs manufactured in Great Britain. The set consists of six die-cast metal signs, each finished with white faces and red borders, mounted on grey stems with black plastic bases. The signs represent various road warnings: a crossroads, a roundabout, a children crossing, a T-junction, a staggered junction, and a sharp turn. The items are housed in their original retail packaging, comprising a yellow cardboard backing card and a clear plastic blister seal.
The front of the card features a red and white header with the brand name HUSKY® printed in a bold sans-serif font, accompanied by a small graphic of a dog’s head. Below the brand logo, a white rectangular label reads TRAFFIC SIGNS and TRIANGULAR, alongside the model number 1561. The bottom edge of the card is printed in red with the text Made in Great Britain.
The reverse of the card is printed in brown monochrome with the heading ALWAYS SOMETHING NEW above a large HUSKY® MODELS AND ACCESSORIES logo. The back illustrates various models including a garage, saloon cars, a bus, a refuse truck, and heavy plant machinery. The margins list product categories such as PUBLIC SERVICE VEHICLES, PLAYMAT ROAD LAYOUTS, SALOON CARS, SPORTS CARS, SCALE FIGURES, HUSKY MAJORS, BUILDINGS, ROAD SIGNS, TRACTORS, TRAILERS, SPEED BOATS, COMMERCIAL VEHICLES, HUSKY EXTRAS, and T.V. AND FILM VEHICLES. A small letter N is printed in the bottom right corner.
