A Pair of Peco Quality Line N Gauge Wagons
Description
Two individual N gauge model railway wagons manufactured by Peco (Pritchard Patent Product Co. Ltd), part of the Quality Line range. The rolling stock is primarily constructed from moulded plastic with metal wheels and axles. Each wagon is housed in its original clear plastic jewel-case display box which contains a printed card insert featuring the red and white Peco logo and an illustration of a brick-built wagon works.
The first wagon is an LMS 20-ton brake van finished in grey livery with white lettering reading L M S on the side. It features a printed mark 20 Tons below the initials and a small rectangular plaque marked with the number 16.
The second wagon is a 7-plank private owner coal wagon finished in black livery. The side displays printed white text for F. WHITING & SONS, COAL MERCHANTS, CHALFORD, GLOS. Additional printed markings include NO. 3 with a small star symbol and Tare 6-4-0 to the left, and Load 12 Tons to the right.
