A Set of Thomas Webb International Crystal Champagne Flutes with Presentation Boxes
Description
A set of crystal champagne flutes featuring tall, slightly tapered cylindrical bowls. The lower half of each bowl is decorated with deep, vertical-cut mitre incisions arranged in a diamond-like pattern. Each glass is supported by a faceted, multisided stem leading down to a plain circular foot. Two of the flutes retain a circular green and white adhesive paper label on the rim. The labels feature a central circular emblem containing a crown and a banner, surrounded by text reading THOMAS WEBB INTERNATIONAL CRYSTAL. The set is accompanied by two green rectangular presentation boxes. The lids of these boxes are printed in white with the same circular emblem and text as found on the labels, reading THOMAS WEBB INTERNATIONAL CRYSTAL. The construction of the boxes includes a base and a slip-on lid.
