Description
A framed copper-toned repoussé relief plaque depicting a De Dion Bouton 1904 automobile in profile. The plaque is mounted on a dark background within a simple wooden frame. It is inscribed «DE DION BOUTON 1904» at the bottom center and bears a stylized signature, possibly «R.L.», on the lower left. The reverse features a label identifying it as «HAND WROUGHT BY — ROBERT HALFORD, 15 Moreton Place, London, S.W. 1,» attached to a particle board backing.
