Description
This lot comprises four German coins from the early 20th century, encompassing both the German Empire and Weimar Republic periods. The largest is a silver-toned ‘Fünf Mark’ (Five Mark) dated 1907, featuring the profile of ‘WILHELM II DEUTSCHER KAISER KÖNIG V PREUSSEN’ on its obverse and a crowned imperial eagle with ‘DEUTSCHES REICH’ on the reverse. Accompanying this are three smaller coins: a silver-toned ‘1/2 Mark’ (Half Mark), a ‘200 Mark’ (Two Hundred Mark) dated 1923, and a brass-toned ‘5 Rentenpfennig’ (5 Rentenpfennig) from 1924, which depicts stylized wheat sheaves.
