Description
A Stag Minstrel dressing table and accompanying chair. The dressing table is constructed from dark-stained hardwood, likely mahogany or walnut, exhibiting a polished finish. It features a rectangular top, five drawers, square tapered legs, and brass circular pull hardware. It is accompanied by a detached swing mirror with a shaped frame supported by turned posts. The side chair displays a classical shield-back or fan-back design with pierced and carved splats, including a central fan or urn motif and a carved shell on the crest rail. It has a light-colored upholstered seat and tapered square front legs.
