Description
A Stag Minstrel dressing table and chair. The dark-stained wood dressing table features a tri-fold mirror, with the central panel surmounted by a carved pediment, above a polished top surface. The table structure includes five drawers: two stacked on each side and a single wider drawer centrally, all fitted with brass ring pull handles. The coordinating chair is also of dark-stained wood, featuring a carved splat back with an openwork foliate or shield-like motif and an upholstered seat in a light, textured fabric. The set exhibits a traditional, possibly revival, style reminiscent of 18th or 19th-century designs.
