Description
A Hypnos Zip and Link Divan Bed, measuring 180 x 200cm, comprising a divan base and mattress designed for flexible configuration. The bed is complemented by a traditional dark, polished hardwood headboard, possibly mahogany, featuring a central carved pediment with classical scrolled and foliate decorative elements. The bed is currently dressed with white cotton or linen sheets and pillowcases, and a deep red, possibly velvet or chenille, throw blanket with a geometric interlocking pattern draped across the foot. Flanking the bed are two matching dark wood bedside tables, one appearing to be a folding-leg tray style, each topped with a brass-toned table lamp with a fabric shade. Above the headboard, a framed print in a gold-toned frame depicts an elaborate classical clock face or architectural ornament, with indistinct text visible beneath it.
