Description
An Early 19th Century Hepplewhite style mahogany three-drawer chest. Constructed from mahogany or a similar reddish-brown stained hardwood, exhibiting a restrained Neoclassical or Georgian-inspired style with simple, slightly tapered square legs. Each of the three drawers features two round brass-toned pull handles, each mounted on a decorative backplate resembling a lion’s head or classical escutcheon.
