Description
A Hepplewhite style mahogany drop-leaf table and pair of armchairs. The suite comprises a drop-leaf table and two matching armchairs, executed in a style characteristic of the Federal or Hepplewhite periods. The armchairs feature shield-shaped backs with pierced splats carved in a stylized urn or floral motif, shaped arms, and tapered legs. They are upholstered in a textured, light beige fabric with a subtle pattern. The drop-leaf table has similarly tapered legs and swing legs fitted with small casters.
