The stem is adorned with ornate, gilded decorative elements at its top and bottom, resting on a tiered, round base similarly finished. It is topped with a simple, flared bell-shaped off-white textile shade.

The lamp exhibits significant signs of age and use, including widespread wear, chipping, and discoloration to the paint and gilding on the base and stem. The textile shade shows apparent dust and discoloration consistent with age.
