Description
An upright framed monochrome drawing, rendered in an illustrative, sketch-like style, depicts a person in a cap and knickers interacting with a horse peeking from a stable door. Below the image, centered, is the inscription: «MRS. AUBREY HASTINGS AND BROWN JACK, WROUGHTON, SEPTEMBER, 1933.» The work is presented within a white mat and housed in a gold-toned, possibly carved or molded, wooden frame.
Condition report:
Good condition. Minor surface wear to the frame consistent with age. The drawing and mat appear clean.
