Description
A vintage four-string banjo-ukulele, or small tenor banjo, housed within its original, fitted hard-shell case. The instrument features a dark, reddish-brown wooden neck and headstock, a darker fretboard with simple dot markers, and a white, possibly synthetic, drumhead tensioned by numerous metal hooks around a metallic rim. The case is black, textured, and likely wood or cardboard covered, with brass-toned latches and a light blue plush interior lining. A folded paper document visible inside the case bears partial text including «BROADWAY, » «AP’T, » and «192…», strongly suggesting a date of origin in the 1920s.
