Description
A Corgi Classics Limited reference 31005 Shell/BP vehicle set. The set comprises two scale model vehicles constructed from die-cast metal with plastic components. The first is a Bedford S Type articulated cylindrical tanker, featuring a green cab with a printed crest on the doors and a red trailer bearing gold-toned Shell lettering. The second vehicle is a Land Rover finished in a split green and red livery with white Shell and BP Aviation Services text to the rear.
The set is presented in its original blue and yellow card box with a clear vacuum-formed internal tray. Accompanying documentation includes a Corgi Classics Ltd. collector club application slip and an information leaflet which likely contains the numbered limited edition certificate as referenced on the packaging. The box displays the Corgi Classics branding and a copyright date of 1997, with manufacture noted as being in China.
