Description
A collection of three boxed die-cast model vehicle sets manufactured by Lledo PLC and Harrods. The group includes a Promotors by Lledo PLC set presented in a cream cardboard window box printed with PROMOTIONAL MODELS, PROMOTORS, and BY LLEDO PLC. This set contains three black delivery vehicles in Express Dairy livery, specifically for EGG COLLECTION SERVICE, ELECTRIC VEHICLE MAINTENANCE numbered 1854, and RESTAURANT SERVICE numbered 2082. The second set is titled RAILWAY EXPRESS PARCEL VANS OF THE 1930’S and is marked as a SPECIAL LIMITED EDITION OF 12,500 SETS. The green pinstriped box bears the Lledo logo and states EACH SET IS NUMBERED AND CERTIFIED. It contains three vans in the liveries of the GWR (Great Western Railway), LMS (London, Midland and Scottish Railway), and SOUTHERN RAILWAY. Details on the vehicles include EXPRESS PARCELS TRAFFIC, EXPRESS PARCEL SERVICES, and CHEAP TICKET PROGRAMME. The final item is a Harrods branded twin-pack in a teal window box featuring a gold-coloured Harrods script. This set comprises a yellow and green motor delivery van marked HARRODS LTD, BROMPTON ROAD SW1, and a red horse-drawn omnibus with a horse figure, bearing the signage Get it at Harrods.
