Description
An ink drawing on toned paper depicting a traditional two-masted sailing junk in a minimalist calligraphic style. The composition employs fluid black lines to suggest the vessel’s rigging and hull, while light grey washes indicate distant land and reflections on the water. A vertical line of cursive characters in black ink is situated to the right of the junk. At the lower left, there is a small vertical black ink mark above a square red seal containing four white characters in a stylized seal script; the characters in these marks are not legible as a name. The artwork is presented behind glass in an off-white wooden frame with a narrow gilded inner border.
