Description
This original wall calendar for the Irish rock band U2 was published by Culture Shock for the year 1986. The front cover features a full-colour photograph of lead singer Bono in a live performance pose, set against a graphic background of tan, blue, and white. The band name is printed in large red letters on the left side. A vertical blue block on the right side contains the text COPYRIGHT-D 1986 CALENDAR APPROVED. The publication credits at the bottom right state PUBLISHED BY CULTURE SHOCK, ATALANTA WORKS, ATALANTA STREET, LONDON, and identify the printer as Lithosphere Printing Co-operative Limited. The calendar is bound with a metal spiral wire at the top edge.
