Description
An original 1986 wall calendar for the Irish rock band U2. The front cover features a colour photograph of lead singer Bono in performance, captured in profile while holding a microphone. The graphic design incorporates the band name U2 in red and the 1986 Calendar text in blue. The calendar is spiral-bound at the top edge and includes a semi-circular thumb-cut for hanging. Printed details on the lower right corner identify the publisher as Culture Shock, Atalanta Works, Atalanta Street, London SW6 6TU, England, with an accompanying telephone number 01-381 5466 and telex number 295441 BUSY B. The item was printed by Lithosphere Printing Co-operative Limited. The cover also carries the vertical inscription Copyright Approved.
