Two Commemorative Medals for Golf and Sun Cruises
Description
A lot comprising two commemorative medallions. The first is a circular golf medallion featuring a central relief of a male golfer in mid-swing on a fairway, with spectators and a tree in the background. The central scene is finished in a matte silver-coloured metal, set within a polished gold-coloured faceted border. There is a small, illegible mark near the base of the golfer figure which is not readable as a name. This medallion is presented in a square, blue velvet-covered case with a white satin-lined interior lid. The second item is a gold-coloured award medal featuring a central relief of a flaming torch. The obverse is embossed with the word CHAMPION and the name Sun Cruises. The outer border is decorated with small five-pointed stars. The reverse features the word CHAMPION embossed repeatedly around the outer rim. The medal is attached to a blue fabric neck ribbon by a small metal jump ring.
