Dinky Toys 180 Packard Clipper Die-cast Sedan
Description
A die-cast metal model of a Packard Clipper sedan, produced in England by Meccano Ltd as part of the Dinky Toys range. This 1:43 scale four-door saloon is finished in a two-tone colour scheme comprising a cream body with a dark pink or maroon roof and rear deck. The vehicle is fitted with clear plastic glazing, an interior, and silver-painted front and rear bumpers. It rolls on four off-white rubber or plastic tyres mounted on metal axles. The underside features a black-painted metal baseplate with embossed lettering reading DINKY TOYS, PACKARD, CLIPPER, 180, MADE IN ENGLAND, and MECCANO LTD. A small white adhesive price sticker is attached to the rear of the baseplate reading 50.
