A contemporary boxed set featuring a hardbound photography book, « Dennis Hopper. Photographs 1961–1967, » published by Taschen. This special or collector’s edition is presented in a rigid, dark blue slipcase that houses the book and includes a clear overlay or dust jacket. The clear overlay and book spine display the title « PHOTOGRAPHS 1961-1967 » and « DENNIS HOPPER, » with additional credits listing « Edited by Tony Shafrazi » and « Text by Dennis Hopper, Frank Gehry, Victor Bockris, Jessica Hundley. » The back of the slipcase is marked with « HOGAN » featuring a winged emblem and « TASCHEN. » The book contains numerous black and white photographs from the period 1961-1967, depicting various subjects including portraits (such as Martin Luther King Jr. speaking), candid shots of individuals, and urban and interior scenes.
