Description
A Vintage Japanese Miniature Samurai Kabuto Helmet, constructed from dark brown, heavily textured cast metal, possibly iron, exhibiting a rust-like or intentionally antiqued finish. Affixed to the front is a prominent, upward-curving three-pronged crest, made of a lighter, polished brass or bronze-toned metal, featuring scroll detailing at its base. The interior of the helmet is painted a uniform matte bronze-gold color, revealing a central bolt that secures the crest and two visible screws on each side attaching the integral side flaps, which resemble extended ear guards. No visible text or markings are discernible on the exterior or interior surfaces.
