Description
An American mahogany games table featuring a plain square top affixed to a central turned pedestal that transitions into four splayed, shaped feet. Crafted from dark-stained wood. Accompanied by a pair of Rococo Revival side chairs. Each features a dark-stained carved wood frame with cabriole legs, scrolled embellishments, and curved feet. Both are upholstered with decorative metal studding along the edges. One chair is covered in a textured olive-green fabric, while the second is upholstered in a vibrant, multi-colored fabric featuring a prominent paisley pattern. No manufacturer’s marks or other identifying text are visible on any of the items.
Condition report:
The table surface exhibits numerous scratches and scuffs consistent with regular use. The olive-green fabric on one chair shows signs of wear and minor discoloration, particularly on the seat. Overall, the pieces exhibit cosmetic wear commensurate with their apparent age and use.
