Description
A Baroque Style Brass Six-Light Chandelier. This ceiling-mounted chandelier is executed in a traditional revival style, featuring a central column with decorative fluting and a lower finial. Six scrolled arms extend from the central column, each terminating in a candle-style light fitting. Each fitting is topped with a ruffled white fabric shade, beneath which appears to be a frosted glass diffuser. The chandelier is suspended by a chain and secured by a decorative, cast metal ceiling rose. Visible ornamentation includes foliate motifs at the bobeches and on the ceiling rose. The metal appears to be brass or a similar golden-toned alloy.
